• Namudag Mahuari Raj was erstwhile principality and ruled the south Bihar in the early mediaeval history. It is also known for the Garh of royal family of the Surwar rajput (branch of gaur rajput rajvansh). Namudag Raj is a collection of 5 estates consist Namudag, Mahuari garh(Head brother family), Naudiha, Gulabjhari ,Udaigarh which were ruled by the members of the this royal family.
